In Yoruba, the word Osu can be gently translated to “moon,” or “the spirit of the source.”  The Ancient people understood that regeneration takes place during times of darkness. The moon is the holder of rhythm and the illuminator of light from the sun.  She is the source of reminiscence and reflection, and has literally guided human beings for thousands of years.

Osu Counseling is transformative self-work.  It’s about bringing your inner and outer worlds into balance, to unlock the magic within. Underneath all that gunk, are extremely valuable insights about your world.
